How to delete your account

You can delete your Empace account directly from the app:

• Open the Empace app
• Go to Profile (bottom tab)
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

You can also revoke Empace's access from your Strava connected apps settings. When you disconnect on Strava, your Empace account is automatically deactivated.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, your profile is deactivated and you can no longer access the service. The following data is associated with your account:

• Profile information (name, location, profile image)
• Synced activity data from Strava
• Chat messages with your AI coach
• Training goals and coach notes
• AI-generated insights
• Push notification tokens
