How do I connect my Strava account?

When you first open Empace, you'll be prompted to sign in with Strava. This connects your account and syncs your activities automatically.

How do I disconnect from Strava?

You can revoke Empace's access from your Strava connected apps settings. When you disconnect on Strava, your Empace account is automatically deactivated.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app by going to Profile and tapping Delete Account. For more details, see our account deletion page.

How does the AI coach work?

Empace uses AI to analyze your training data and provide personalized coaching. You can chat with your coach, set goals, and receive insights based on your activities.
